Alfonso Wenker

Driving client engagement, Alfonso works side-by-side with C-Suite executives and internal champions of cultural change efforts centered around racial and gender equity. As a Latinx, gay, cisgender man, Alfonso was born and raised on the west side of Saint Paul to a Mexican mother and white father, and as such, has often been the ‘first’ or ‘only’ person on a team who is a Person of Color, gay person, or both throughout his career. A leader in philanthropy, Alfonso has cultivated and facilitated transformational organizational culture and strategy campaigns to diversify both perspective and personnel. Before co-founding Team Dynamics, he was the Vice President for the Minnesota Council on Foundations, co-chaired the National Creating Change Conference, and was the Deputy Finance Director for the historic Minnesotans United for All Families Campaign.
