Comunidades Organizando el Poder y la Accion Latina (COPAL) is a Latine, community-led organization that works to improve the quality of life for Latines in Minnesota by building collective power, transforming systems, and creating opportunities for dignified life. COPAL's Environmental Justice work ensures Latine inclusion in conversations to eradicate pollution from our communities, supporting climate migrants, and a just energy transition, while also providing opportunities for Latines to enjoy nature through linguistically, culturally, and financially accessible outdoor activities.
